Vincent Ciavardini, President and CEO. Vince recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of UMB Investment Services Group, where he was responsible for overseeing the servicing of more than $200 billion in mutual fund and hedge fund assets.  He was also Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of UMB Fund Services Inc. and a member of UMB Financial Corporation’s Management Committee.

Prior to UMB, Vince was a senior level executive for various PNC Financial Services Group companies including President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of PFPC Worldwide, Inc.  He was also President and a Director of PFPC Trust Company, PFPC International (Dublin) Ltd., and PFPC International (Cayman) Ltd.  Under his leadership, PFPC serviced both domestic and offshore funds, hedge funds and other pooled investment vehicles, comprising more than 850 investment portfolios, with assets in excess of $350 billion and over 4 million shareholders.

He started his career at PNC by joining the investment advisory subsidiary affiliate, Provident Institutional Management Corporation (PIMC), as Vice President of operations.  He later served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PIMC. He also served as a Director of the International Dollar Reserve Fund.

He started his professional career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Vince graduated summa cum laude from LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
